Discernment Quiz

Which ESC Program is right for you?

Every Episcopal Service Corps program is unique. Some are in urban areas, others very rural. Some are larger, with up to 12 Corps members, while others are 4 or 5. What is true for every program, is that each offers community and service opportunities that are contextualized to the particular setting of that program.

As part of the ESC application, you will be asked to select 5 programs to receive your application and to rank your top 3. We offer this discernment tool to help you think through which programs may be right for you. We hope you find this a useful tool in your discernment along with prayer, personal reflection, and conversation with trusted friends and mentors. In addition, we encourage you to visit each program's website and social media and reach out to the program director at the sites you think you might have an interest in joining. A map and listing of our programs is on this website.
