Dutchess Land Conservancy: Conservation Fellow

Dutchess Land Conservancy works to protect farmland, water resources, wildlife habitat through conservation planning, public education and stewardship. 

The Conservation Fellow would participate in outdoor conservation land activities and have the opportunity to learn about the organization, and lead projects based on interest.

Cary Institute for Ecosystem Studies: Environmental Fellow

Cary Institute for Ecosystem Studies is dedicated to researching environmental issues including the impacts of climate change, freshwater and forest health, infectious diseases and urban ecology. 

Through this placement, Fellows will focus on research, conservation, community education and communications.  Exact activities will depend on the individual Fellow’s interests and needs of the organization. Background in environmental or earth science or biology helpful.

GreenRoots: Energy Democracy Fellow

GreenRoots is a resident-led, grassroots, community-based organization with a track record spanning over twenty-five years of achieving significant environmental justice accomplishments and public health victories in Chelsea and East Boston, Massachusetts. The Energy Democracy Fellow will support the work of GreenRoots’ team on energy democracy, climate resiliency and energy efficiency.
