To apply for membership in The Episcopal Service Corps please fill out the following application. A sample budget and letter of support from your diocesan bishop is also requested. Once you submit this form, you will receive an email message with further instructions on uploading the two supporting documents. In cases where you do not yet have specific details, please articulate what your plans are.

Episcopal Service Corps member programs share common core values around Christian community, service, development of spiritual and vocational identity, living simply, and relationship with an Episcopal entity. Please explain how your program will live out each of the values of ESC.
